Facing Fear's

It is so amazing how fearful I truly was I allowed friends, family, and work to keep me in that state.   I remained fearful because I did not allow time to think...

When my body began to hurt while dancing I was concerned then I slowed down.  The world appeared different when I slowed my life down.  I began walking, creating,  and pursuing my dreams.  

My body feels great because I'm happy from the inside out.  My fear of the unknown is gone because I'm living now.  I realized fear is just another form of stress.

 Overall lets embrace each other and allow people to love us.

Dare To Imagine

Before you start your day take a few minutes to imagine what you love; familiarize yourself with how you felt just thinking of it.

Later in your day take a few more moments and decide when you want to do what you love.

 I never thought I could be paid doing what I love until I realized I have the ability.  It's time to encourage each other to be the best we want to be doing exactly what we love.
