Afrikawedance is an esamble of talented, empowered women who seek to create platforms for uplifting culture by way of story telling, meditations for healing, poetry for enlightenment, and African dance and drum for creating happy spaces of community reaching all ages.

Afrikawedance has presented Dare To Dream, What You Already Know, and We Dance Because, live performance designed to engage diverse groups of people to influence positive behavioral alternatives of thought by way of African dance movement , music, poetry, and true life shares.

Afrikawedance has performed for amazing companies such as: Kaiser  Permanente, Chevron, Ashkenaz ,  Ethnic Dance Festival 2018,  Christopher Martin 2017,  Yahoo,  Cannifest 2017, Emerald Cup 2016, Oakland Carnaval 2016,  Sacramento Kings Game 2016,  San Jose Juneteenth 2016, Palo Alto Juneteenth 2016,  Savanna Jazz Club 2015, and performed live for Sacramento Kings Game in 2016.
