Welcome to The Blend Dance class series 

Hi, my name is Tamika Harris and I created The Blend dance class because I believe people should be encouraged to tap in to their own creative space and feel.  

The Blend is a West and Central African base dance style that offers endurance training and body tone.  

I've included Bay Area's hottest Deejay Awlticalz Dee to spin our tunes the music is amazing!!

If your looking to work out and have fun while doing it then this class is for you.
